Roy Williams |
|
As an advertising and marketing consultant, specializing in strategic advertising , Roy H. Williams, The Wizard of Ads®, has been using his secret formulas to create miraculous growth for his small-business clients since 1987. Many of his earliest clients are now more than 10 times the size they were when they began the relationship. A few are more than 40 times their former size.
Since the release of his first book, The Wizard of Ads (Business Book of the Year for 1998), Williams has been in constant demand to speak at major universities and Fortune 500 companies. Through two more books -- Secret Formulas of the Wizard of Ads and Magical Worlds of the Wizard of Ads ( Wall Street Journal and New York Times best sellers) -- his seminars, his Monday Morning Memos and the powerful curricula he created when he founded the Wizard Academy®, enthusiastic business owners are being introduced to powerful principles that expand their minds, re-invigorate their lives and reshape the way they do business.
Roy will be addressing his remarks particularly to senior executives - CEOs, COOs, and senior HR professionals. In this new age of transparency, Roy will be advocating that organizations need to take the long-term view in their business activities - to have, and be true to, a core set of guiding values - and then to do the right thing spiritually, morally and financially, and how their senior HR executives require the executive-level skills to provide the guidance to define, achieve and maintain these guiding core values.
